Sports Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy rehab techniques helps reduce the time your injury is painful and movement is restricted so you can get back to work and sport quicker.

At JM Rehab our therapists provide support and treatment for a wide range of sports injuries enabling you to get back to work and play at the earliest.
We also provide advice and good training education to prevent re- injury.

Rehab Physiotherapy

Key to effective rehabilitation is a thorough assessment to individualize the exercises to specific muscle imbalances and needs of the individual

Physiotherapy appointments can be scheduled for 30, 40 minutes per session.

Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy involves manipulation of soft tissues . The treatments are individualized .

All massages are done only by “Registered” Massage Therapists (RMT’s) and is performed by therapists with excellent credentials in the profession. Our RMT s are trained to assess and evaluate your condition and provide patient centred massage treatment - Extended health benefits only cover treatments by Registered Massage Therapists.

Massage therapy appointments can be scheduled for 30, 45, 60-minute increments. Our massage therapy treatments are conducted in a private room, maintaining patient privacy . All prices include GST.

Functional Dry Needling

Dry Needling stimulates the nerves in skin and muscle, and can produce a variety of effects. We know that it can increase the body’s release of natural painkillers and improve functional movement.

Dry needling procedure treats muscle tissue, and its goal is to reduce pain, inactivate trigger points and restore function. It rarely is a standalone procedure, it often is part of a broader physical therapy approach incorporating other physical therapy interventions into treatment.

Physio Guided Kinesiology and Active Rehab

The goal of active rehab is to help you return to daily activities at home, at work, and recreationally.

Your physiotherapist will help determine if you are appropriate for an active rehab program by completing a thorough assessment of your condition, and discussing your suitability with your family doctor. The goal of active rehab is to help you return to daily activities at home, at work, and recreationally.

We also perform active rehab programs for patients who may need reconditioning due to significant absence from physical activity due to surgery, motor vehicle accidents, etc.

These exercise sessions can be done concurrently with physiotherapy, massage therapy in our well equipped gym.

Covid 19 Protocols

Our covid protocols are in place for the safety for both the staff and the patients / public.

  • All practitioners/ therapist will be wearing masks.
  • All patients who visit our clinic are required to wear a mask , wear mask during their treatment as well for the safety of all. You may bring your own mask, or you may get one from the clinic for a small fee.
  • Patients can also discuss with the therapists about the personal protective equipment that they wear.
  • Frequent sanitization is performed on all surface areas that come in regular contact with patients and staff.
  • Patients are required to fill in their covid assessment forms on time that get sent to you by email.
  • Contactless payment methods in place.
  • Avoid crowding in the reception .

  • Self screening for covid is mandatory
  • Please read our policies before you decide to book an appointment. If you have further questions, please feel free to call
  • Please do not visit our clinic if you or anyone in your household have flu or flu like symptoms or have tested positive for covid. If you suspect to have come in contact with anyone with covid or flu like symptoms , please do to visit the clinic .
  • We do not have walk in treatments. You have to book an appointment with us and follow the clinic policies .
  • We will do a contactless temperature check each time you visit the clinic.
  • We do not accept cash payments at this time to respect covid protocols.
  • If you have travelled over seas and have returned home , you may not visit the clinic for 14 days after your return .
  • Please call 811 if you exhibit covid symptoms that includes but is not limited to fever, cough, difficulty / trouble breathing.
